Dr. Radha R. Sharma is a Raman Munjal (Hero MotoCorp) Chair Professor & Professor of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource Development at Management Development Institute, India. She has been ICCR Chair Professor at HHL Graduate School of Management, Germany for 2013-14, and Visiting/Guest Professor to ESCP-Europe (Italy), International University Schloss Reichartshausen, European Business School, Germany; Leipzig University; Wittenberg Centre for Global Ethics; Czech University of Life Sciences, Humanistic Management Network and University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, among others. She is Ambassador for India for HR Division of Academy of Management (USA); a Member of International Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organisations¸ USA and has been on OB Web International Members’ Committee and Chair & Co- chair, Emerald Best International Dissertation Award, ITC, Academy of Management, USA. She has qualified GCPCL from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA; Advanced Professional Certification in MBTI from Association of Personality Type¸ USA; Certification in Emotional Intelligence Testing from FEIL & EI Learning Systems, USA and internship in sensitivity training (T lab) from Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences. Dr. Sharma has over three decades of experience of teaching¸ research¸ management development¸ consultancy, academic administration and psychometric testing in India¸ Germany, Italy, Indonesia and UAE. She teaches MBA¸ International MBA, consortium MBA and Ph.D. courses on Organisational Behaviour; Leadership & Emotional Intelligence; Psychometric Testing & Case Study Research; Intercultural Skills; International Management Competencies; Advances in Organisational Change and Transformation; Spirituality and Human Behaviour; Emotional Intelligence and Psychometric Testing & Measurement. She has been a visiting/guest Professor to various universities and business schools in Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Czech Republic. She has visited US¸ Canada¸ UK¸ Italy¸ France¸ Germany, Belgium¸ Switzerland, Czech Republic, Indonesia¸ Turkey¸ Bangladesh, Egypt and Sri Lanka in connection with teaching, research, management development and professional work.
