Following are the steps to access the database:

1. Visit the site at     https://tracxn.com/signup
   
2. Enter your MDI Email ID
   
3. Click on "SEND ACTIVATION LINK"
   
4. Check your MDI Email account and open email from Tracxn, click on "Activate Now"
   
5. Follow the instructions to create your account
