Winning Over Competition

With the accelerating pace of competition and innovation in post-liberalised India, strategic decision-making is crucial for the success of an organisation. This requires a deep understanding of the changing environmental context in which the company finds itself, and the resources and capabilities that the company possesses or needs to develop. This programme seeks to familiarise executives with the use of important analytical tools and techniques of strategic management to aid strategy formulation in different contexts. This would help them to undertake effective strategies to gain and build sustainable competitive advantage for their strategic business units (SBUs)/organisations.


After completion of the programme, the participant should be able to:

  3. Do business environment analysis
  4. Do financial analysis for sustained competitive advantage
  5. Formulate business-level strategies for sustained competitive advantage

Who can participate

The programme is designed for middle or senior-level executives who are currently responsible (or likely to assume responsibility) for the competitive strategy of an SBU.

Registration and Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organisations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the programme is Rs. 37,500 (rupees thirty-seven thousand five hundred only) per participant which includes a professional fee, all charges for lodging and boarding, and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
