Research scholars, in the initial stage of their Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) journey, need guidance on selecting an efficient journal for submitting manuscripts. In this connection, MDI Gurgaon, for its next event of Exploratio research seminar series, has invited Dr. Shikha Aggarwal, Associate Professor, Goa Institute of Management (GIM), as the speaker.
Dr. Aggarwal will assist the scholars in selecting a journal with a shorter turnaround time, and with a refined scientific review process that will assist them with the publication process. She will also facilitate the scholars with guidance on publishing in top journals, with her rich work experience of 10 years across industry, research, and teaching. She currently has publications in several top-ranked A/A* journals, including a recent one in Production and Operations Management, an FT50 journal.
