Sharing Session’s preface here: In this seminar, Prof. Thomas will share insights about Management Learning Process by speaking on three levels of Knowledge acquisition, Perspective Building and Behavioural Transformation, experiences in using the learning progression levels in Management Teaching and Training and developing one's own theory of management learning for designing and delivering programs. Prof. Thomas will also discuss Management Practice Connections following industry/ ecosystem developments; addressing practice issues by learning with practitioners, exploring and converting research opportunities and designing outcome-based management training programs and consulting assignments.
