Dr. Soumendu Biswas received his PhD degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology from the Indian Institute of Technology¸ Kharagpur.
Dr. Biswas’ experience includes teaching Organizational Behaviour¸ Research Methodology¸ and Human Resource Management at the Xavier Institute of Social Services¸ Ranchi. Prior to joining IIT Kharagpur as a research scholar¸ he was associated with XLRI Jamshedpur as a Research Assistant in the OB/HR Area.

Dr. Biswas has published articles in quite a few national and international journals and has also presented papers in several international conferences such as the annual conference of the Academy of Management¸ the European Academy of Management¸ the Asian Academy of Management¸ the Australia-New Zealand Academy of Management¸ the American Society of Training and Development¸ the National Academy of Psychology¸ and the Indian Congress of Social Science Research.
