Dr Gita Bajaj is an OD & BT Consultant and Director, VINSAK India. She is a Professor of Communication, OB & HR. Besides teaching at MDI Gurgan, Dr Bajaj teaches at IE University, Spain, IIM Sambalpur, India and BITS Pilani Dubai Campus. Dr Bajaj was formerly a full-time Professor at IMT Dubai for 9 years and MDI Gurgaon for 11 years. She has also taught at IIM Calcutta and University of Maribor, Slovenia. She is a Board Member of AIMA-CME and India Case Research Centre.

She has trained more than 2000 professionals from more than 30 companies including ABB |Schneider Electric | Cairn Energy | Ely Lily | PepsiCo | Coca Cola | Shapoorji Pallonji | Acconex etc. She is a certified Inner Metrix Consultant and a Certified NLP Practitioner.

Dr Bajaj is a Harvard Business School Affiliate. She has received prestigious awards for her Research work, Case writing, and Inner Metrix profiling. She has co-edited one book, authored/ co-authored 20 Cases and research papers and more than 200 newspaper articles.

Dr Bajaj has been in several leadership roles including as Founder Editor HT Horizons, the education supplement of Hindustan Times (HT), Editor HT Careers, HT, Chairperson PGPM-MDI Gurgaon, Chairperson – PGPIM, MDI Gurgaon, Chairperson – International Relations and Special Initiatives, MDI Gurgaon, and Dual Country PGPM (DCP) IMT Ghaziabad-Dubai.

Dr Gita Bajaj has rich experience of teaching courses in the Business Communication, OB and HR domain. She teaches Business Communication, Cross Cultural Communication, Corporate Communication, Influencing and Negotiation Skills, Managing Teams, OB, HRM and SHRM. She is a Case Teaching and Writing expert and has been teaching Case Writing at the Doctoral level since 2008.

Dr Bajaj brings to class both the academic and practitioner experience and designs her courses to ensure both academic and practical rigor.  She likes to mix case method, experiential learning, and flipped classroom approach for a holistic learning experience.

Dr Bajaj offers Organization Development and Business Transformation Consultancy to SMEs and MSMEs in India and the MEA region. She performs Organizational health checks at different life-cycle stages of the enterprise to advise business leaders and help build organizational systems and processes.

The consultancy work encompasses Organizational Health Check, Review and Revision of HR and Admin Systems and Processes, setting up L&D Division, Professionalizing the recruitment and hiring processes, setting up Internal Communication system and building Employer Brand for the Group.
