Madhushree Nanda Agarwal is an electrical engineer from VNIT, Nagpur, and an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, where she specialized in Business Management. She has completed the Fellow Programme from IIM Calcutta with a major in Organizational Behaviour and minor in Strategic Management. Her dissertation was in the area of Entrepreneurship and Management of New Ventures. She has five years of industry experience in the Indian IT industry, and 21 years of teaching, training and research experience in areas of her academic interest, which include Organizational Theory, Organizational Design, Cross-Cultural Management, Creativity and Innovation, and Behavioural Sciences. She is interested in critical theory and democratic forms of organizing. Her interests also include reading about geopolitics, reading fiction including but not limited to, historical fiction, fantasy, and crime thrillers, Hindustani classical music and old Hindi film music, travel, bird and nature watching and food.
