Profile

Dr. Mantasha Firoz is a researcher in the area of organizational behavior and human resource management. She has completed her doctoral degree in the field of organizational behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology Patna. The title of her doctoral thesis is ‘Loneliness in the Indian Workplace.’ Prior to joining MDI, she had worked with the Goa Institute of Management. Her area of interest revolves around emotions at work. Currently, she is working on the antecedents, outcomes, and boundary conditions of workplace loneliness. Her recent research article has been published in Emerald (Personnel Review, International Journal of Conflict Management, Evidence-Based HRM, and Management Research Review). She has also presented her research work at several international conferences, such as the Academy of Management, the European Group of Organizational Colloquium, and the International Congress of Psychology.
