Profile

Dr. Mantasha Firoz is researcher in the area of organizational behavior and human resource management. She has completed her doctoral degree in the field of organizational behavior from Indian Institute of Technology Patna. The title of her doctoral thesis is ‘Loneliness in the Indian Workplace.’ Prior to joining MDI Gurgaon, she has worked with Goa Institute of Management. Her area of interest revolves around emotions at work. Currently she is working on the antecedents, outcomes, and boundary conditions of workplace loneliness. Her recent research article has been published in Emerald (Personnel Review, International Journal of Conflict Management, Evidence Based HRM, and Management Research Review). She has also presented her research work at several international conferences such as Academy of Management, European Group of Organizational Colloquium, and International Congress of Psychology.
