Jayati worked across sectors in leadership and organization development for a decade after her PGDPMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur. She has been consulting organisations on starting their ESG journey and teaching Business Sustainability in B Schools, for the past 5 years. She is a Springer Author and runs an outfit called Dilli Meri Jaan, where she helps people understand the value of ecosystems and climate protection through forest walks.
