Board Leadership Program for Financial Institutions (BLP-FI)
This program is formulated in partnership with The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), India to furnish learning opportunities with a global exposure to the senior executives from the financial institutions concerning the contemporary issues and challenges associated with their role in strategic decision making, technological adaptations, corporate governance & transformation.
The 3-Week Program with global exposure will prepare senior executives from PSU, Private Sector banks and other Banking & Financial Institutions for the board room.

Who should participate?
This certificate program is for high performing executives from public & private sector banking and financial institutions who would like to be prepared for senior management positions to lead the business. This will be an opportunity for developing cross functional skills & stepping into leadership positions. After attending this program, the companies can promote them as heads of strategic business units and can also work at board level positions in BFSI.
Program Duration
The sessions on various topics offered in the program cover the breadth of different domains in management and ensure that participants have sufficient understanding of the various management functions in BFSI. The program is scheduled to span of 3 weeks conducted over the course of 3 months in Offline mode.

Nominations
The last date for receiving nominations along with the Program fee of Rs. 7,50,000.00+ applicable taxes are 16th August 2024. Payments should be made in favor of Management Development Institute Gurgaon.
