Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills
Negotiation is an important aspect of a manager’s daily life be it at home, at the workplace or in any social setting. The need for negotiation arises from difference of opinions, perspectives, views and disagreement arising thereof. Conflicts are very natural to work and work setting. Almost all managers have to deal with some kind of conflict or the other. The conceptualization of conflict has seen a lot of modifications over a period of time. Traditional view held conflict to be necessarily bad and avoidable whereas today some degree of conflict is considered to be good and desirable. A better understanding of the concept can help managers and leaders develop appropriate conflict management skills that in turn will help them to develop e?ective negotiation skills. Conflict management and negotiation skills aid in managing diversity and inclusion at work. This programme has been designed to build knowledge and skills that would facilitate managers and leaders improve their job performance and also the performance of their team members and subordinates through e?ective effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
Objective
The objective of this three-day programme is to build the conflict management and negotiation skills of the participants so that they become more functional in their roles in general and in business negotiations in particular. The participants shall be able to build a wholesome conceptualization of conflict management and negotiation skills to create win-win outcomes. Participants shall also be able to understand and appreciate the role of conflict and its imperatives both positive and negative. This understanding would facilitate them to be a more e?ective negotiator across various business and other kinds of negotiation situations. The emphasis will be more on developing behavioral competencies of managing conflict and doing successful negotiations at work.

Who Should Attend?
The Program is most suited for different levels of executives and in various functional areas of management and for leaders in different kinds of organizations like Private, PSUs, Police, Defence Forces, NGOs etc.
Registration & Fees
Participants should be nominated by their organizations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the program is Rs. 42,500/- (Rupees Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred only) per participant which includes a professional fee and all charges for boarding, lodging and supply of course materials during the programme. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
Discount Policy
With a view to our long-term relationship with your esteemed organization, we are pleased to introduce the discount policy in this programme. The discount will be observed in the following conditions: (discount is applicable in NEPAL also)
• 10% Discount against 3-5 nominations
• 20% Discount against more than 5 nominations
Important Dates
The last date for receipt of nominations is June 23, 2025. The last date for withdrawal of nominations is June 24, 2025. Any withdrawal received after this date will be subject to deduction as per the Institute’s rules. However, substitution may be permitted.
Nominating organizations are advised to await confirmation of acceptance of nominations(s) before sending the participants to the programme venue.
