Developing Leadership Competencies

Leadership is one of the important challenges in the changing context of today’s world. Therefore, developing leadership potential is required to be able to manage business. The main objectives of this programme would be to understand and explore the hidden potential of oneself. To become an effective leader, one needs to understand the workplace realities, knowledge about self, one’s own strengths and weaknesses. One should have an ability to understand and analyse others’ both explicit and implicit behaviours. These behavioural aspects of self and others provide a good idea and perspective to understand the workplace environment in a different paradigm. This programme will emphasise the need of an effective leader to keep the focus towards growth of an organisation and adaptability towards change in terms of technology and processes.

Executives and managers at all levels who want to explore and understand their potentials to manage teams effectively.

Registration and Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organisations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the programme is Rs. 37,500 (rupees thirty-seven thousand five hundred only) per participant which includes a professional fee, all charges for lodging and boarding, and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
