Objective

This programme is designed for management personnel of organizations who:
• Play a key role in driving innovations within their organizations
• Play a key role in the various alliances his/her organization has entered into or proposes to enter into for innovating
• Would like to understand various critical decisions, at various stages, that form the core of an organization’s alliance strategy for innovation
• Would like to be sensitized to the reasons for the failure of strategic alliances
• Would like to understand how some organizations have mastered the art of inorganic growth through strategic alliances
• Would like to understand the various alternatives to innovate- independently, by entering into a strategic alliance, by acquiring another organization

Contents

After completing this programme the participant should be able to
• Identify a business case for the organization to opt for an alliance strategy for innovation
• Apply the framework for selecting an alliance partner
• Negotiate, structure, and finalize a strategic alliance for innovation
• Manage and assess the performance of the alliance
• Understand legal limitations and implications of alliance activities
• Deliberate on the correct approach to grow – independently, ally, or acquire

All of those personnel/executives who belong to the middle and top-level management of their organization.

Venue & Duration

The programme is scheduled during August 11-13, 2025 on a residential basis at MDI Gurgaon Campus, Mehrauli Road, Sukhrali, Gurugram. Accommodation for participants would be available at MDI Campus from the noon of August 10, 2025, to the forenoon of August 14, 2025.

Registration & Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organizations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the program is Rs. 42,500/- (Rupees Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred only) per participant which includes a professional fee and all charges for boarding, lodging and supply of course materials during the programme. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS.

Discount Policy
With a view to our long-term relationship with your esteemed organization, we are pleased to introduce the discount policy in this programme. The discount will be observed in the following conditions: (discount is applicable in NEPAL also)
• 10% Discount against 3-5 nominations
• 20% Discount against more than 5 nominations

Important Dates

The last date for receipt of nominations is July 28, 2025. The last date for withdrawal of nominations is July 29, 2025. Any withdrawal received after this date will be subject to deduction as per the Institute’s rules. However, substitution may be permitted.
Nominating organizations are advised to await confirmation of acceptance of nominations(s) before sending the participants to the programme venue.
