Labour Laws for HR Professionals (Comprehensive Module)

This program will help the participants develop the skills of managing the interests of workers and employer hand in hand. To attain this objective, the program content integrates labour laws with some important aspects of industrial relations and labour employment which are highly essential for HR and IR professionals to learn. In nutshell, this program will equip the participants with the skillsets set required by HR/IR professionals to effectively operate within the modern business world. To cater to specific knowledge requirements of HR and IR professionals who are undergoing different stages of their career lifecycle, this program is offered in following two modules. The participants can choose any one or both the modules.

Programme Objective

This module is designed to provide not only the in-depth understanding of labour laws and but also to cover some topics which come collateral but are essential for a comprehensive understanding of legislations dealing with employment and management of workers in the industrial units such as; constitutional provisions for the protection of labour laws and Contract Laws. The programme would provide an in-depth study of judgments pronounced by labour court, industrial tribunals and Apex Court which are relevant to the needs of HR and IR professionals in the administration of various Labour Laws in their workplace. Through the case-study discussion the participant will
learn how to read and interpret the legal provisions, which is undoubtedly among the most critical requirements in resolving industrial disputes without falling prey to the complex procedure of adjudication.

Registration & Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organizations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the program is Rs. 1,43,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Three Thousand only) per participant which includes a professional fee and all charges for lodging and boarding and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by Cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
