Managerial Effectiveness

To become an effective leader and manager, one needs to understand the real-life workplace realities. Therefore, one of the important challenges in front of a manager is to make these more effective in the context of changing organisations. Along with the knowledge about her/his own self, a manager is also required to have the ability to understand and analyse others’ explicit behaviour. These behavioural aspects of self and others provide a good idea and perspective to understand the work place environment in a different paradigm. This programme will capture various sets of expertise which are essential for managerial effectiveness.

The main objective of this programme is to understand and develop the hidden potential of a manager.

Registration and Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organisations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the programme is Rs. 37,500 (rupees thirty-seven thousand five hundred only) per participant which includes a professional fee, all charges for lodging and boarding, and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
