Strategic Impact for High Performance for Leaders

In a world of disruption, AI acceleration and execution fatigue, leaders do not need more strategy documents — they need sharper choices that create visible and lasting impact. This MDP helps CXOs and senior leaders move beyond strategy formulation to focus on the consequences of strategic choices over time: how leaders decide what truly matters, commit resources under uncertainty and align performance, systems, communication and execution for durable results. With emphasis on judgment, trade-offs and alignment rather than frameworks alone, the programme enables participants to build strategies that move beyond short-term wins and continue to create value as conditions, leadership priorities and markets change
