Teams are the basic building blocks of today’s organisations. Increasingly, managers have to work in teams especially in project-based and networked organisations. Managers will need the ability to deal effectively with teams in order to mobilise day-to-day tasks.

To become an effective leader and manager, one needs to understand and assess the real-life workplace realities. Teams are one of the important sources through which any organisation achieves its goals. This programme will capture the potential of not only an effective team leader but also effectiveness of a manager as a team member. In other words, this programme will capture the capability of an effective team leader and effective team member.

The main objectives of this programme are to understand and develop the basic potential of an effective team leader and team member.

  • Managing inter-personal, intra-group and inter-group conflicts
  • Effective negotiations
  • Team decision making
  • Effective communication in teams
  • Team dynamics: How people act in team situation through outdoor exercise

Registration and Fees

Participants should be nominated by their organisations. The enclosed nomination form should be completed and returned with all the details. The fee of the programme is Rs. 37,500 (rupees thirty-seven thousand five hundred only) per participant which includes a professional fee, all charges for lodging and boarding, and supply of course materials. GST as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the programme fee. Payment should be made by cheque/NEFT/RTGS.
