Dr. Niva Bhandari, Harvard Bus. School Associate Chair - Indian Thought and Management Centre of Excellence, Area Chairperson for Business Communications at MDI Gurgaon, chaired a pivotal technical session at the 13th International Conference (ICON 2026) hosted by School of Management Sciences, Varanasi on March 14-15, 2026. The session greatly enriched the conference's focus on "Spirituality: A Tested Paradigm for Global Well-Being, Sustainability, and Digital Mindfulness."
This participation underscores MDI's commitment to integrating spiritual and sustainable paradigms into management education, aligning with our Centre of Excellence on Indian Thought and Management. The event drew over 300 global participants. From keynote wisdom to 300+ global papers, it was a melting pot of ideas.
