Publicis Sapient Product Spotlight 2022

Out of 9098 teams that took part in Publicis Sapient Product Spotlight 2022 - the prestigious pan-India Product Management Case Competition of Publicis Sapient team 'VISION' MDI Gurgaon has emerged as National Finalists.The team was entrusted with the task to develop an end-to-end product launch strategy for a super app which included identification of the market for product launch, industry analysis & benchmarking, defining consumer personas, creating a business model, and defining partnership & acquisition strategies. The team had to come up with the marketing plan, define the product vision roadmap, MVP, create wireframes, and then  finally suggest the Agile Delivery Approach.

"It was a holistic learning experience to explore the beauty of product management craft and how product mindset plays a key role in digital business transformation. We learnt how to align product vision with business objectives and diversify in related businesses that can create synergies catering to overall customer needs" said team Vision.
