WEvolve- the Counselling Cell of Management Development Institute, takes care of students' need of advice/support during the turmoil they face because of performance pressure, personal problems or anything else. The Counselling cell is there for them. The cell gives ManDevlans space to vent out their stress anxiety concern(s), without being judged, while maintaining utmost confidentiality and if the need arises, they are advised for the corrective and/or preventive actions, for each one of us is a shining star. The cell is headed by a Professor as Chair-Student Counselling and all the members are 2nd year PGP students.
